Returns Policy

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship within 1 week from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return1 week from the date of purchase. take multiple pictures showing the damage and include written explanation for the return product and credit request.
  1. Damaged, broken or missing items:
    1. You have only 1 WEEK from the time you receive your order to report any damaged,broken or missing items.
    2. Please take a picture of all items in question and send it to our email address;

  1. If you can’t or if you fail to follow theses instructions your items will not be replaced or refunded, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Due to the high volume in phone calls we receive, if you need to place an order over the phone but unable to reach us, please leave your name and phone number and we will call you back as soon as possible. You may fax your order to (916) 771-2200. Please allow 1-2 business days for you order to be processed.
  2. 10% Restocking Fee Might be assessed for canceled orders.
  3. If you are not satisfied with a product you have 1 week from the time you received your order to let us know.
  4. Absolutely NO refunds on open or used products such as Quick Fix, Clean Stream, Field Kit and Etc…
  5. Absolutely NO refunds on Capsules, Powders, Liquids and Etc…
  6. If you request NO SIGNATURE Required, we are not responsible for any lost items.
